Yes healing the body especially the uterus is very important. If you do get pregnant that quick it can cause problems and sometimes a miscarriage...

You’re not more fertile, just regular fertile, but fertility can return right after giving birth. Definitely talk to your doctor, though. While people do it, it’s not always the best choice for your body.

I had c sections and my daughters are 10 months 2 weeks apart 🤷🏼‍♀️ my body heals well though. But certainly speak to your doctor first.
