Pink and brown spotting 4 weeks 2 days

Called my OB today but didn’t hear back and I’m so anxious. I hate feeling like this and I can’t focus on anything else. I have another HCG blood test on Wednesday so will likely find out for sure then but in the meantime I’m drowning in worry.

I had a miscarriage in July and one in December - no successful pregnancies to date.

Im on progesterone suppositories and aspirin due to the recurrent miscarriages. I have very light cramps and the spotting is intermittent (goes away completely for hours then returns like in the picture)

Has anyone ever had similar spotting and not miscarried?
