Help me get a booty back y’all😭💋

So I’ve been wanting to start going to the gym since the begging of January but never did because I was low on funds, well now I have a new job and am a couple months into a new relationship with a great guy that treats me like a queen🥰 I’m finally getting back on a good track in life I just want to physically and emotionally get on the same track. Can you guys tell me your work out routines, both at home and at the gym, and ways that you cut back on all the bad foods? I know the basics I just wanna know if anyone else has a certain routine that has helped them loose weight fast and get in a better mindset. Thank y’all in advance❣️💗
