You think this will help me lose weight?

I recently gave birth to my son (second child) and I’ve got about 20-25 lbs to lose. I know diet plays a big part (I’m also EBF) but I have spent a lot of time with him in the ergobaby 360 carrier as I still have my eldest daughter to chase around.

Do you think my going up and down the stairs, getting up and down from the floor and walking all over the place chasing my eldest (19 months) will help me lose weight as well since I’m carrying the weight of this 12lbs human on me?

I can’t find the time to work out really, also have Diastasis Recti, and where as I would be taking the kids for walks, atm it’s been freezing and don’t want to mall walk with a newborn so that’s basically all I can get for working out right now.
