Baby dad trouble

So have a question for all of my friends I am currently pregnant with my 3rd baby and my kids father told me he does not want this baby and I am not aloud to keep the baby but I do not believe in abortion.. I feel like I have no support at all and he is making me feel like shit any suggests or help????
