Hey any moms ever have there babies allergic to there breastmilk ? And if so did any rash come on babies skin ?

I’m trying to see if my 2’month is allergic to earthier my breastmilk or it’s Baby acne. He’s been on breastmilk only and I don’t follow a regimen like stay away from certain types of food as I ebf, but I notice little red dots on the side of his face and sometimes on neck I also give my lo formula and it clears up on him. So I don’t know if it’s this allergic reaction to my bm or a rash or a coincidence
