Ok to continue my workout routine?

I found out on Saturday (Feb 2) the we are pregnant with baby number 2! We are thrilled!

But I have a question about my workout routine. My doctor has said that whatever you were doing before you got pregnant you are ok to continue during pregnancy.

I started a very consistent routine starting January 1 - jump rope for 30 minutes 3x a week and strength/resistance training 4x a week.

1st day of my last period was December 30. So my question is, does what I’ve been doing count as “before pregnancy”? Has there been enough time of me doing it for it not to hurt the baby?
