Any plus size moms?

Question

This is my first pregnancy and I'm wondering how my body will change. I'm plus size so I already have a pouch and stretch marks.
Are there any other moms out there who have gone through pregnancy while already being over weight?
I'd love to read your advice or anecdotes. Thank you!

I was plus size with my first pregnancy. I did lose a lot of weight, but unfortunately gained some of that back, so I’m plus size again this time. 
It took longer for me to show than average size women. Plus size maternity clothes are harder to find. Check Motherhood and Torrid. Target and Old Navy have a few options. 
Your body is totally capable of carrying and birthing a healthy baby, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Make sure you have a size friendly doctor, if they aren’t then go find one who is. So many doctors will just default to a c-section because of size and it’s not always necessary.

I had the infamous b belly for a while, but it eventually moved into the standard d belly over time. Belly band helped shape everything well. Totally recommend it. 
During first tri I lost tons of weight. I stabilized during second tri, but then started swelling really badly and gained like 9lbs in less than a week. I suspect I was in the beginning stages of preeclampsia as I fully developed that at 38 weeks and was induced. I gained a tiny bit of weight in third tri and weighed less overall upon leaving the hospital than I did before I got pregnant.
Breastfeeding for 7.5 months also made me shed weight dramatically.

Just try to be healthy for baby and love the body that’s growing him or her ❤️ don’t beat yourself up when you see cute taught round bellies in groups, then look at yours and see a big ol tummy with some spare tire hanging at the bottom lol. I’m hoping as time progresses, us plus size mamas can share our big ol chunky bumps too in comradeship!
