Working out diets
I recently started working out, like weight lifting, to get a flatter stomach and a fatter ass 😂😂 I just don’t know how to properly diet in order to see results
I don’t eat fast food, I don’t eat chips, and I don’t drink soda, sometimes I’ll cheat and have a chip or 2 but I never indulge on it & I’ll have sips of soda when my dad opens it (he’s always buying junk food lol)
How do you properly diet to build muscle / tone your booty and get a flatter stomach?
I’m really small so I start out w barely any weights, barbell squats w 15s on each side and climbing my way up
Lunges w weights, planks, etc
I barely eat out either, most of the time they’re home cooked meals from my mom w a lot of vegetables
