Has anyone used a period cup for trying to convince? Can you explain in tmi form how I go about this? I watched a few YouTube videos but they aren't really helpful, in one video the women said she sits up in the bed and puts it in another wome said she goes to the bathroom then puts it in. I'm thinking about "gravity" here. I have never used a cup before so I'm trying to see if it would be something to try. Would it be better to have my husband insert it right away after? I'm 40 trying for baby #5 but this time I'm having trouble getting/staying pregnant. Thank you.
