I’m pregnant!

So I’ve been on birth control since I was 16 I had the iud for the last year I removed it on nov 30 and I bled for about two weeks and around January 14th I got my first actual period and today I took a test 3 days before my first missed period and this was the result? Is too soon could I be pregnant ?!?
