Found out I’m pregnant

I thought I had a útil but I had this weird feeling so I took one test and it was positive and I took three more n the same thing. I had really sharp pains on my abdominal so I went to the doctors n I’m literally barely pregnant I’m literally like 2 days they said which is crazy but idk what do if I wanna keep it please No mean responnces but any opinions? Anyone went through this what were the choices
