What day did I ovulate?

I had a lot of peaks. Kept getting higher😳 I want to base my ovulation date off of cycle day 13. What do you guys think?

Answer

You ovulate 12-36 hours after your peak. That peak on CD 13 just means that’s when your LH surge is highest. It looks like your LH surge is long...so I’d BD on CD 11, 13, 14, and possibly even 15 if I were you. Good luck!!
