Everyone else in my life is depressed so I can’t be because I’m the one taking care of everyone.

I go through cycles of depression and being fine. How long it lasts or how hard it hits seems to be random.

Honestly, for me, things starts looking up and then it’s like getting hit by a fucking bus. It’s awful. Like I finally feel high and then it all comes crashing down just like that. Like right now.
