Anyone worried about weight gain? I can't help but to look at the scale and feel bad that ice gained like three pounds in two and a half weeks because I've been eating to many carbs

Don't bash me please, I believe in mindful eating which under a lot of stress lately I have not been able to commit to.

I believe I should eat what baby needs, fruits, vegetables, nuts, good sources of fat and protein, anything else that is not nutritious is just giving in to cravings because of stress or boredom, and that is what I'm dealing with right now.
