Wanted to share a little recipe I just threw together! Vegan 🌱 (I’m not vegan but I didn’t have anything thawed out)

I didn’t have any hamburger meat thawed for spaghetti so I thought I’d create something hearty enough for dinner!
Feel free to try or tweak to your own liking!
I’m not going to put how much I used of what, bc I never measure, I just eyeball & use the “taste test” method! But I’ll put what I know I used on some things.
Rigatoni noodles (ab half a 16oz box)
Ragu Chunky Mama’s special Garden Sauce (used about 1/3 of the 24 oz jar bc it’s all I had)
Fire Roasted Tomato Salsa (I used most of a 14.05oz can, refrigerated the rest)
Tomato Juice (we have the 100% juice people drink, I used about a cup to help my sauce)
Dark Red Kidney Beans (a whole 15.5oz can)
Garlic Powder & Oregano to taste.
Boiled my noodles.
Cooked beans in microwave 🤷🏼‍♀️
Combined the Sauce, Tomato Salsa, Tomato juice & seasoning in a pan to heat.
Drained & rinsed Beans & added to sauce to simmer.
Combined all together & BAM!
The beans make this so filling & the fire roasted tomato salsa gives it a kick. But you can use crushed tomatoes or whatever you like if you’re not a spicy person but honestly this isn’t very spicy at all since I didn’t use a whole can & basically diluted it with the Ragu Garden Sauce & Tomato juice!
I thought about adding diced tomatoes!
You can add mushrooms, onion, other veggies to make it more filling!!
This is just what I had on me for a quick dinner. My goal was spaghetti but like I said, I didn’t have any meat thawed so I worked with what I had!
