Definitely binge eating. I was diagnosed with binge eating disorder, and I binge ate so much that I got very sick. I decided my health is more important than my binge eating.This is day 3 of my diet. I have reduced my meals from literally eating junk food almost all day to three real meals a day with two small snacks inbetween. I already feel 100 times better.

None of these I don’t think I used to binge eat and starve myself but I have “grown out of it “
