Wrong flange size?

Does this look like it’s too small too big or the right size? I’m able to hand express an ounce or so after the milk stops flowing while pumping and my nipples are always raw and sore

Too big. That's how mine looked while pumping, and they always hurt too. I went down to a smaller flange size and the pain stopped, and I was able to pump more milk quicker.

Definitely appears to be the wrong size.  Pumping shouldn’t hurt. Perhaps try a smaller size. Try applying lanolin or coconut oil on your nipples before pumping to reduce the friction.

They look okay to me. Hand expressing while pumping and after pumping is a must for pumping mommas. Also lather your nipples with Coconut oil and line the flanges with Coconut oil too. (Put coconut oil on the part where you nipples rub on the flange)
