So my Progesterone level on day 21 was 16.8 and they did an internal and external ultrasound on me and I’m still waiting on those results. However she was able to tell me I have lots and lots of different sized follicles (which is ideal) and that I have a very large one on my right side. So I will be ovulating from my right side here in a couple days and she sees an egg just a little smaller than my right side growing and it’s going to be next months follicle. Is this a sure sign I’m fertile?
