I’ve been using my Lena cup since September and the first few cycles it was fine because I only had spotting... My periods for a few months now have super heavy which is normal for me. My cup is constantly leaking now. I know it’s in right and suctioned I just don’t get what else could be the issue.... it’s only been in for an hour and there was so much blood when I wiped.

Also I have checked by trying to twist the cup and it doesn’t move at all.
