I am soooo tired but I don’t think it’s just because of growing baby I think it’s because I wake up at 3 is EVERY night without fail and cannot get back to sleep! What’s worse is I wake up STARVING! No matter what I eat for dinner by 3 am I am getting actual hunger pains!

Does this happen to anyone else? Do you actually eat at 3am?

Same here. Been waking up every night between 3-4 am, then only fall back asleep after hours, just before my alarm goes off to go to work. I’m exhausted.

Keep crackers beside your bed. They lack little nutritional value, but 2-3 help late night cravings.

I get up to eat, otherwise I have bad nausea. Then I end up watching TV for a few hours before falling back asleep for a couple more hours. I love sleep. I usually have no trouble sleeping. Yes I miss it!

I go to bed early cause I’m always so tired but still manage to wake up at 2-3 every night to pee. Then lay in bed trying to fall back asleep!

Ugh same! I’ve been waking up every night between 2:30-3:30 with my stomach growling and then I start to feel sick. I’ve started keeping gold fish and squeezable apple sauce next to my bed! Sometime I fall back asleep but usually can’t and end up being a walking zombie the rest of the day😴

Same! Am up at 2 every night!! Only 6w3d as well and I’ve been like that for the last 2 weeks. It takes forever to get back to sleep too afterwards. I ate my dinner in 2 portions last night as a trial, so had the first one at 7.30 and the 2nd one at 8.30 and it seemed to have done the trick, I was up but went straight back to sleep. I was getting hungry every 2-3 hours and now it’s down to every 1.5 hours 😭
