Hey Ladies,

I finished my oral birth control after taking it for 11 years on Jan 1 so we could TTC. Had the normal withdrawal bleed from Jan 5-10. I noticed fertile cervical mucus during the predicted fertile time and ovulation day on Jan 19 so we BD every day during that time. Then had pretty severe cramps on Jan 27 and woke up Jan 28 with the most sore nipples I could imagine. Sore nips lasted for 4 days and eased off and now I’m 3 days late for expected period and tested negative with FRER.

Is it possible I didn’t ovulate since my cycle is just getting back in gear or could this be pregnancy? How long have other people’s periods taken to get started after finishing birth control?
