Should we get a 3d ultrasound?

We went for our anatomy scan yesterday and we were so thrilled to see our little angel! The sonographer told us with 75% certainty it was a girl because she couldn't see a penis. Would you recommend getting a 3d scan to be more sure, or go with what the sonographer said?

It depends how sure the tech was. My son’s penis completely hid for over 30 minutes during my anatomy scan at 18 weeks. The tech saw a “swollen clitoris” until eventually the scrotum popped into view and then she still couldn’t get a good angle to say either way. Had to go back at 24 weeks to confirm, and yep he’s alllllll boy! 😊

I got a 3D/4D ultrasound at 13 weeks to find out the sex. It was confirmed at doctors office weeks later
