Help my cramps are literally gonna kill me lol
Does anyone know of anything I can take (besides Advil and all that) that will make my cramps less intense? Every time I get cramps, which is usually a week before and the first day, I literally cannot move they hurt so bad. Lmk of anything that helps besides Advil, heat and all that cause I already do that but it only helps for a couple hours or until the heat is gone.
