Did I ovulate?

I’m new to chart/first time. Did I ovulate on CD15 or is it too early to tell?

Answer

Too early to tell. I think it’s recommended to temp your whole cycle to get a better picture of what’s going on. The book “Taking charge of your fertility” explains a lot about temping and what it should look like. You need 3 days of higher temps to confirm ovulation after the thermal shift that are roughly .20 degrees higher than the previous 6 temps. Hope that helps!
