this stuff is made for oily roots & dry ends. i use it. and i love it.

Yeah I’d suggest only putting shampoo directly on the roots and lathering it up. Then when you use conditioner, only put it on the bottom half or so, just don’t put it on or right near your scalp.

Start just washing the roots and letting it’s rinse down your hair . It’s really helps
