Has any other moms experienced a growth Spurt around 7 Weeks?

She’s a great baby. Don’t cry, always laughing and looking. Last night she had a fussy night and kept crying; the boob calmed her down and would put her to sleep. Lasted about maybe an hour 1/2 - 2 hours. She’s sleeping longer stretches, and once she wakes feds all the time. During the day she’s a happy baby and smiling. Wondering if this is a sign of a growth spurt. I was told around 6 weeks is one, so maybe this is hers?

Diapers are all perfect. She got lots of wet diapers and is always pooping as well.
