How long did it take for your periods to regulate after stopping birth control?

I stopped taking birth control in december and i thought i had regular periods but now i'm 5 days late with no AF, but i have felt the cramps for the last week. Negative hpt.

I get a period every month but my cycles are short and I spot a lot after ovulation. Its been 6 months since I stopped nuvaring.

I stopped bc in Oct. my Nov & Dec periods were all sorts of goofy. My Jan period seemed normal; it showed up on time & I know I ovulated this month..

The same thing happened to me last month and I’m currently two days late again. I stopped birth control in October. Super frustrating but I did ovulate this month so I’m hopping things will be more regular this month. Try to stay positive!!
