Dogs acting up

Does anyone else’s dogs just start acting strange? So I’m not pregnant but we are trying to conceive but everyone now and then my female dog starts getting super clingy to me?

Lays under my feet when I’m sitting anywhere, follows me every move I make, lays on the floor next to my bed (Even though she absolutely loves sleeping on the bed with me and my partner) and she waits outside the toilet when I go in.

I have 2 Malamute males and 1 Siberian Husky female, she is the only one who randomly does this and then she will just go back to normal after a couple days? The 2 boys just continue on as usual
