Didn’t take prenatal until 11 weeks.

I feel HORRIBLE about this. The thing is I didn’t find out I was pregnant because I have irregular periods that are never on time. We tried for years and nothing so we just stopped. I passed out and ended up in the ER so they did a blood pregnancy test and an ultrasound and I got to see my baby. Did I hurt the baby? I didn’t drink the whole time because I have never drank alcohol any.
