Just keep trying to get it as high as you can. You will be able to get it out, it can’t go anywhere else! Also I’ve tried the twisting method myself and it doesn’t work for me either. What I do is insert a finger or two around the cup and start pushing it in until it pops open. I then use one finger to feel around the cup to make sure it’s popped open completely. Good luck! Trouble inserting diva cup. What am I doin wrong??
I can’t seem to insert my cup without being able to feel it. I feel like it’s inserted high enough, I feel like if I push it any further I will have trouble getting it out. Also, I have trouble getting it to unfold once its inside of me. I’ve read to twist it and it will pop open but that doesn’t seem to work well. Is there anything else I can try?
