Ok. I can remember being a little girl and crying so much bc I was scared my Daddy was gonna pass away, I would have the same dress over and over off him in a casket! Now 30 years old, I have 5 kids and a husband and I'm so terrified for them. I'm scared someone is gonna come and shoot the school up or my husband get killed for nothing! I'm terrified to drive on overpasses, so bad my heart is pounding, I get so scared of these things idk what to do but cry!! Y'all I'm scared, thank god I've never had thoughts of suicide, but I'm always scared and worried! I don't have money to see a doctor let alone pay for meds! Y'all am I suffering from anxiety? I don't have a great understanding of it and yes I've googled it
