I have no idea what's going on. I know I need to get to the doctor, I'm just waiting for some things with my insurance to be straightened out, as I'm on Medicaid and moved to a new state. I was about 7 weeks pregnant, and started bleeding very heavily on December 29th. I went to the hospital, and was told that my hcg levels were only 27.00 ml, and that with the amount of blood and clots, I was having a miscarriage. I bled for almost a week, passing large clots and tissues. I even tested New Years, and the day after, and they were both negative. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex once, after the bleeding stopped. And haven't had sex since. I've been waiting to get my first period since the miscarriage, and it hasn't come. I decided that since it's been around 5 weeks, that I'd test. I got 2 very dark positives. Does anyone have any ideas? Did I maybe not actually miscarry the first time? Did I miscarry and then get pregnant again right away without even having a cycle? I had negative tests at the beginning of this month, so I'm doubting that it's just leftover hcg.
