Heartburn pregnancy sign?

Hi ladies,
I’m not supposed to start my period for a few days but I have the worst heartburn for the last 3 days ever single day, first thing in the morning all through the day and at night. Can this be a sign of early pregnancy?

I typically only ever have heartburn if I eat too much of something like spaghetti or like orange juice because of the citric acid. But let me TELL YOU WHAT. MAN did I have bad heartburn right before testing. And for no apparent reason.... except that I was pregnant.
