Good Friends or not

Not sure if I should be pissed off or not at my friends my friends obviously know the day of my birthday but yet they had already made plans with someone else for an event” they said it’s the only time they will be there” so they wanted to go see them. It feels like they totally forgot about my birthday or something they said we could hang out the next day but the next day wouldn’t even be my birthday anymore .
