TMI clot

What exactly is considered a big clot? What should I be concerned about? I'm 13 days pp and I overdid it yesterday. I walked up and down stairs more times than I should have and also carried my daughter and 19 month old nephew around the house for about 30 minutes. Which is a combined weight of 32 lbs, and I still have a 15 lb weight restriction. I know that I shouldn't have, but his mom and grandma were taking apart a crib and packing their car. I also had to get in and out of bed way more frequently last night because DD was extremely fussy and just didn't want to sleep. I woke up and had bled more than normal, and after I took a shower there was this clot on my pad.

I feel perfectly fine, but would this be a clot that I need to call my OB for?
