Low HCG and bleeding

Faint positives since Friday getting darker daily but have had period like bleeding since Saturday, however no cramping at all. HCG yesterday just came back at 32 (14 DPO), they said to prepare for miscarriage... Anyone have similar experiences? Any one with a good outcome
