What Color Should I Do My Hair?

My hair is naturally curly, and the pics below are my natural hair color in the light. Here are the rules:
- I can’t Bleach my hair, it’ll damage it too much. 
- No permanent hair dye, I’m not allowed. 
- Nothing with a lot of chemicals, I’m all natural. 
- No professionals. I’ve never been to a hairdresser, my mom does my hair; And I don’t intend to start going, as I couldn’t afford it. (Plus I think they only do perms.)

Wow, ok. Well I have naturally curly hair and I go to a professional because they are certified and they know what they are doing hence their state certification. 
They don’t only do perms. They do all kinds of things so you really need to check your facts. If you want to dye your hair without harsh chemicals and all your restrictions, go to a professional. They can put things on your hair that isn’t harsh. They even have hypoallergenic dyes and highlights. 
Unless your mother is a certified cosmetologist, then I suggest you call around to the salons and get pricing. Not all salons charge the same things. Mine is $250-300 but that’s because I go to a salon and day spa and I refuse to pay for crappy hair jobs and things are higher where I live but it’s worth it. 
I get my hair straightened and I straighten it at home sometimes and it’s healthy because I use the correct products for it. 
You can go on Amazon and look for hypoallergenic hair color and they have some natural products that lighten the color of the hair but doesn’t necessarily dye it. 
But if you want things done correctly, go to a professional. Just because your hair is naturally curly doesn’t mean you have limited options. You run more of a risk damaging your hair at home.

Red never comes out lol semi permanent is actually worse with red. See if you can be brought to a salon so your hair doesn’t get ruined

If you don’t want to bleach or use permanent-color then the blonde color is out. Getting a natural red color from a semi will not come out the way you want it. So your only other options will be black or a darker color than you already have if you don’t want to bleach or use permanent color.

I think you should go see a hair breaded if you want to die it, they do so much more then perks and you wouldn’t be recommended a perm since your hair is already beautifully curly. Unless your mom is a professional then I think you’re better off seeking a professionals advice.
