It makes me feel horrible when my husband doesn't want sex. We used to have sex a couple of times a week, now it's once every couple of months and I hate being rejected all the time. He hasn't been the one to initiate sex for at least 2 years now and won't talk about why which just adds to my anxiety.

We communicate as to why the other person doesn’t want it but we don’t have sex if the other  feels sick or is potentially too tired. We have sex daily but I don’t need sex to give me my value and worth. Sometimes the other person just isn’t in the mood and that’s ok. They don’t need an excuse every time and it shouldn’t be taken personally.
