In desperate need of support/advice/anything:

Friday night, my 4 week old threw up a few times, so I called her pediatrician and she had me take her to the ER. The did an ultrasound and an X-ray on her to look at her stomach and see what might have been causing it. Everything came back normal and they told me that she probably just has reflux and that I need to make sure she stays up right for 30 minutes after each feeding and is burped well. Which I’ve been doing religiously since. Since then, she has only thrown up twice but it just is so upsetting to me. This morning she threw up so much it was coming out of her nose. It’s like she’s just regurgitating everything she eats. Has anyone had any experience with something similar? I am a mess and am not sure how to cope with it.

Side note: she is not throwing/spitting up after feedings. It’s completely random which leads the pediatrician to believe that it’s not reflux.
