Possible false positive 😡 help...

So I posted about a test I took and it was an obvious positive line, someone commented “be careful with that test” so I decided to look up reviews and sure enough millions of false positive comments. So I purchased another test, this time first response and well.... what do you think?

I feel like I’m coming down with a cold so not sure if I should take medicine. We had a miscarriage in November, want to be super careful this time around.
