My 3 week old will scream and scream until you give her milk but she will drink between 130-150ml each time.

I took her to out of hour doctors and said idk if she may be diabetic as she seems to want to feed 24/7 and will bring it up sometime not all the time. They just turned around and said no baby’s are diabetic so wouldn’t test her and said I feed her way to much milk she only needs 50ml each 3 hours but it isn’t filling her and now I feel like a bad mum and idk what to do to please my baby when she is crying for more milk. I tried dummy and he said to give her empty bottles but surly that isn’t good as it’s just air.

Any suggestions what else I can try.
