Help... Needing support.

I just found out today that I'm expecting 2 babies I have never had been around people with twins or pregnant with twins. So with today finding out there is two babies in there I was shocked nervous and worried... I already have 2 girls 4 and 2 and having 2 newborns is alot of worry. Any advise on this what I should do or don't do..
