How long after birth did you and your partner have sexual intercourse or foreplay?

I gave birth nearly 3 weeks ago naturally and have internal stitches still present nearly dissolved.

I was thinking of waiting the 6 week mark but my partner keeps saying I can’t wait to pound you or asking if I’m loose. I know he’s not saying this in a mean way he doesn’t know how to word things properly.. bless his soul but I’m scared I will be loose or it’ll hurt really bad.

How did you ladies cope with this all? He’s been very affectionate with me kissing, cuddling, giving me rubs and I return the favour of giving him oral every now and then because I like to please him but we haven’t been sleeping in the same room either because my baby doesn’t like our bedroom so how do I cope with when the time comes and feeling comfortable about it all again?

I’m getting so used to having my own space and it just being me and baby (fiancé works a lot)
