Spotting?

Hi guys, today I had sex and I’m almost 6 weeks pregnant. I was a little dry, and now after I’m having the slightest bit of spotting. It’s only when I wipe after using the bathroom. Just wondering if you think it’s maybe a little sore from not being wet enough or if I should go to the hospital? I’m not cramping or anything, just want my baby to be safe

My OB told me, when a woman is pregnant, her cervix turns a blue hue if you were to look at it because of the increase in blood flow down there. Pregnant or not, going in dry can cause bleeding. Even a transvaginal ultrasound can cause bleeding. If it's not a lot of blood or not clots, I wouldnt he too concerned BUT always call your doctor or nurse. Remember there is never a stupid question especially when it comes to pregnancy. Goodluck mama! ❤

I was told at my first appointment that spotting can last up to a week after sex. To ease your mind a bit you can always contact your doctor and ask. 🙂

I'm in same boat except went for ultrasound at what was thought 6weeks and was just a sac seen yesterday . Go next Thursday for another . But today I've started the same spotting just when I wipe mainly
