I’ve always had really light periods. My heaviest day would be classified as a medium at most. I started taking Tri-Sprintec this month and it’s my first period with it.

So my period was going along as normal then all of the sudden in a matter of seconds I started bleeding like CRAZY! Bleed through a tampon, pad, my panties, my pants and it got on my couch! Everything was soaked. A few minutes later it got under control but I have no idea why this happened. There were also a lot of clots. Is this because of my new BC?
