Gosh I’m embarrassed bout this😬

So I’ve had my period for a few years now but I’ve always used pads and not tampons or like a diva cup type thing because I have awful anxiety it would get stuck and I wouldn’t be able to take it out. Should I be scared?? Are tampons or the cups better than pads?
