Lots of water and calorie/nutrient rich foods like oatmeal and nuts. Fat is also important for breast milk production. Skip any drastic diet changes as well. Nursing and/or pumping more will also increase your supply.

You can ask your doctor for domperidone (increases prolactin levels very well) or you can try incorporating brewers yeast into your diet ( put it in smoothies, eggs, cookies, etc)

I've had pretty good success with supplements from Legendairy milk in Austin.   They also have good nursing support tips.  Other than that, make sure you're drinking absurd amounts of water.
