This was my 10 week 5 day ultrasound. Can this actually be accurate? I was so excited at first to be able to find out so early. Now I keep hearing not to trust it! Researching more and more and I can’t believe they told me so soon. And she said 99% sure 😂

It does look like a boy but it could also be just swelling at this point.
My MFM specialist with over 20 years of experience guessed 90% girl at 13 weeks, confirming 100% boy at 17 weeks and later scans :)

The sex organs develop at 7 weeks after conception so I would thing it’s possible just uncommon to find out that early. Lucky you!

I read that the private parts look the same around that time for each gender. Which is why they cant tell you for sure or not.

I mean I found out at 12 weeks 5 days I was having a boy but even my tech said anything before 12 weeks is inconclusive. I wouldn’t trust it completely, obviously it could be a boy but too early too tell without a blood test
