Twisted my ankle two days before I start running 🤦♀️
So a few days ago I twisted my ankle and it wasn’t bad at all but after constantly walking on it, it’s starting to get pretty uncomfortable. Tomorrow I’m supposed to start running with my dad and we’re both really excited and I’m definitely not rescheduling but I don’t want to make my ankle any worse. What should I do to prevent it from getting aggravated? I don’t have braces or compression bandages or anything. Still can’t believe I was that stupid smh 😂🤦♀️
